1. Declutter: Declutter all floors and surfaces. Pick up any excess personal items, toys, shoes, clothes, and trash. Although we do tidy up throughout the home, our primary focus is on cleaning. This step ensures we can reach all areas that need cleaning, and complete the job efficiently.
2. Clear away dirty dishes: Make sure to wash or remove any dirty dishes that may prevent us from accessing the sink and surrounding areas.
3. Secure fragile items: Put away delicate items like antiques, family heirlooms, or any irreplaceable items.
4. Leave cleaning supplies (if needed): If you'd prefer certain cleaning supplies or tools to be used, leave them out for easy access.
5. Pets: Keep pets in a separate room or area to ensure they are out of the way and safe during your cleaning. Clean up any urine/feces before we arrive.
6. Special instructions: Let us know about any specific areas you want to focus on or any special care required for particular items.
7. Provide access: Ensure that we can easily access the home and all areas that need attention. If you will be away from the home during your cleaning, provide any keys, door, gate, or garage codes needed to enter the home.
9. Prepare payment: Have payment ready. Payment is due at the time of your cleaning.
